THYOSIL IM76 is a DMEA (Dimethyilaminoethanol) neutralized resin solution.

THYOSIL IM76 was specially developed for producing high resistance waterborne industrial enamels when it is formulated with monomeric melamine resins.

Application 应用
Enamels based on THYOSIL IM76 solutions may be easily sprayed. They atomize finely and without sagging.
The enamels formulated on base of THYOSIL IM76, show similar properties to those obtained with solvent-borne systems and match or surpass those of other water reducible coatings made with high levels of co-solvents.
Additionally, enamels made with THYOSIL IM76 solutions, exhibit less sensitivity to variations in the environment conditions (temperature/relative humidity).
由IM76 做出的瓷漆有优异的喷涂性，雾化精细，不会流挂。与溶剂型产品相比显示出相似或优于它们的特性，同时所用助溶剂含量低。此外用IM76配置的瓷漆，对环境要求不苛刻（温度/相对湿度）。

Manufacturing instructions 生产说明
a) Load water and THYOSIL IM76 into Cowles and stir at low speed.
将水和IM76加入釜中并低速搅拌
b) Load Butyl Glycol, n-Butanol and DMAE agent and mix for 5 minutes.
加入丁基乙二醇，正丁醇，二甲基乙醇胺，并混合5分钟
c) Increase Cowles speed, add slowly TiO2.提高搅拌速度并慢慢添加钛白粉
d) Disperse well until to homogeneity. 充分混合均匀
e) Increase Cowles speed to assure a good dispersion, checking with grinding gauge.
增加考尔斯的转速速度，确保了良好的分散性，磨削仪检查。
The dispersion needs to be homogeneous and glossy.
该分散体需要是均匀的，有光泽。
